Delivery & Returns


  • All prices quoted on BizziB Toys are in South African Rands.
  • In order to complete the transaction with BizziB Toys the full amount payable will need to be paid before the item(s) will be shipped.


Orders will be shipped the following working day after receipt of proof of payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track your order.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 days depending if the client is located at a main centre or in a regional area.

If you decide to change your mind on your purchase, we will accept it up to 14 days after delivery provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Packaging is in tack and is in a condition where it can be resold
  2. Seals of the LEGO ® set must not be broken
  3. Courier fee will be charged to the customer and deducted from the customer's refund.

Returning an item

  1. Notify BizziB Toys by calling (066 141 7224) or emailing us (info@bizzibtoys.co.za)
  2. If you no longer want the item you have ordered an additional fee will be charged to organise for the shipment to be picked up. Charges will be the same as those stipulated under shipping costs.

Damaged order

  1. If you receive your shipping and the item is damaged please contact BizziB Toys immediately by calling (066 141 7224) or emailing us (info@bizzibtoys.co.za).
  2. It is recommended that customers ensure their LEGO® shipping.
  3. BizziB Toys try our best to provide our customers with a replacement if the product is damaged or a refund.


Will be issued back via the same method the customer paid for the products.


Please ensure that if you wish to collect your LEGO® order from BizziB Toys you select this option when choosing your shipping method. Else courier charges will apply. Collection can be arranged during operating hours in Glendenningvale, Port Elizabeth.

Shipping is only done to locations in South Africa.

The customer cannot hold BizziB Toys liable for delays caused by shipping. BizziB encourages clients to make their purchases in good time to avoid disappointment.

Once the delivery note for shipping has been signed by the customer or their representative this will then constitute that the delivery is complete. Thereafter, the transaction is complete and all liability for the product(s) ordered from BizziB Toys will pass to the customer. BizziB Toys cannot be held responsible for loss or damage experienced by the customer while using the products ordered.

BizziB Toys reserves the right to cancel any order on whatever grounds.

BizziB Toys cannot be held responsible for late deliveries made by the delivery company. Please ensure that you order in good time and provide the correct delivery address when checking out our order. BizziB Toys cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery address or method chosen. BizziB Toys will replace a damaged order if the customer has chosen to insure their order (choose courier option with insurance during checkout). In such cases, where the parcel arrives damaged, it must be reported immediately to BizziB Toys. In such cases where the item ordered cannot be replaced due to no longer having stock of the item, BizziB Toys will refund the customer via the same payment method used by the customer.
